My name is Charles Coulter. I am the president of Staff Right Solutions, Inc. I would like to thank you for visiting our website and look forward to meeting you.
Over the years I have enjoyed running a staffing agency. SRS has been a success since day one. Twelve years later, we have grown into the efficient customer service orientated employment agency we are today. Despite the economic environment of the last decade, I feel that this achievement has been accomplished by our standard of operating practices. This includes our recruitment practices for every open position and especially focusing on our client relationships.
Our primary goal is to increase our customer’s bottom line. This, in turn, allows SRS growth as well as our business relations with every client. We also do our best to treat each temp with the dignity and respect that they deserve. We offer each temp with a stable environment at one of our client facilities. This stability is achieved by sending the best-qualified candidate to the right position that better matches their work history and their personalities.
We focus heavily on each temp employee that maintains a great work ethic, shows up on time, and is eager to work each day. We achieve this by the select testing the best candidates with the help of the process we have designed over the years.
Staff Right Solutions has made sure to diversify its client base to offer better job placemenrs for our temps. This has allowed SRS to build a very large pool of candidates that we can offer job placements to. We are also active on social media along with hundreds of local job boards. SRS feels we need to stay in touch with today’s changing workforce and we have easily adapted to this.
