SRS provides temps to hire and direct hire personnel for all three shifts. We offer skilled or entry-level personnel, as well as personnel for management positions. Our main goal is to provide above-and-beyond customer service to our clients and our temp workforce.

How We Can Help
- We have a vast variety of job placements throughout the inland empire. We offer first, second, and third shifts.
- Each client is different. Some clients only want temp workers who will never be permanent placements. We usually know this upfront.
- Some other clients use our temp to hire services and fully intend to bring you onboard to their payroll. SRS can provide you with the necessary insight from beforehand.
- You may be at a temp to hire workplace and just not seem to be placed onto the company’s payroll. This may be due to attendance or performance issues. You should see it as an advantage that you are still there, so this means you still have time to convince the client to bring you on board.
- Manage weekly payroll for most of our clients, or biweekly for a select few clients.
- Some clients may require PPE equipment that may consist of safety vest, safety steel toe boots, hard hats, gloves, or eyewear.
- Some clients may require personal tools to do the job.
- We do have clients that are felon friendly and are able to place temps with backgrounds at these facilities.
